Digital Goods Policy: Since Dreamio provides instant access to digital career simulations and premium content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the purchased content, please contact our support team. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Dreamio management.

Instant Digital Delivery: Dreamio products are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the purchased simulations and features via your user dashboard. No physical products will be shipped.

Access Issues: If you do not receive access immediately after payment, please contact support@dreamio.in with your transaction details.
